ONE LITTLE MOMMA ARCHIVES
In 2012 I was a SAHM with a small Etsy shop and two little boys under five. I was lost in early motherhood and a thoughtful friend recommended starting a blog. I had no clue where to even start, but with a little effort and a lot of late nights, One Little Momma began.
I posted my outfits and deepest thoughts daily for years and only stopped when our family business demanded more of my time and energy. I’m excited to reopen these archives and again share old memories and years of content made with lots of love with you.
The Akola Project
I had hoped to share about this company last week, but today I wanted to introduce you to a great company that is all about moms. The Akola Project is a nonprofit organization that works to empower women all over the world.
Everyday Style- Early Fall
It's finally Fall here in Kansas City. I'm loving transitioning from Summer to Fall and finally pulling out cooler weather pieces to mix in with my Summer clothing.
Trench Coats and More Trends for Fall
It's September and we've got temps in the 70's. Hallelujah! I know its still blasting hot for some of you, but it doesn't hurt to prepare for cooler temps. This morning I've got two more Fall trends for you.
Fall Starts Now?
School is back in session today here in Liberty and we now have a first grader in the house. Easton and Kesler are two years apart in school so Kesler still won't start Kindergarten until next year. (Hallelujah!)
Red, White and Blue- and WOOD!
I hope you've had a great weekend with your family. Saturday we spent the whole day finishing our new deck, cooking, cleaning and then celebrating the Fourth of July with our friends. We worked hard and played hard and hardly took a photo to document it.
Everyday Style- Late June Maternity Style
This is a late in the day because this week has been ca-razy. We were so overwhelmed with love, support, most of all orders over our Nickel & Suede birthday last weekend.
The Root Collective
When I consider a purchase, there are so many reasons why I choose to buy something. Often the cost is the determining factor, and other times its the quality, the look or the purpose behind the product.
Elegantees- The Kilee
First of all, let me rave about this tee. It's more of a tunic which is honestly couldn't be more PERFECT for me at this stage of life. This tunic has a great amount of stretch, but it's only snug in just the right places. The arms are fitted, as well as the neckline, and the body hangs loose and slightly away from the body.
Taking Risks with Your Jeans Can Be Risky
If you've been around for a while, you know I'm not afraid to alter my pants. I frequently cut them into crops, rip them, fray them and sometimes patch them. In all honestly most of the pants I've done that to in the past have been thrifted, inexpensive or in my closet long enough to justify a change.
