It's September and we've got temps in the 70's. Hallelujah! I know its still blasting hot for some of you, but it doesn't hurt to prepare for cooler temps. This morning I've got two more Fall trends for you. Neither are new concepts but both are great classics that you likely already have in your closet- or if you don't, they are worth investing in.
The first trend is white or more specifically all-white. This trend has been hot since last Winter and carried well into Spring, Summer and now back into Fall. There are so many ways to layer on the white and white pairs beautifully with all of the hot colors this Fall. I love white with olive, Marsala, navy and any shade of brown. Obviously it also goes great with taupe and gray. Invest in a pair of white denim (bonus points if the knees are ripped) and a great white sweater. Wear them together and then mix and match them with your other Fall favorites- jewel toned blouses, leather jackets and flared denim.
The second trend I'm wearing today is the trench coat. A classic trench never goes out of style, but some seasons different classics feel fresher than others. This gray and khaki trench is my favorite that I've found, but there are so many other color choices out there. You could go for a darker khaki, olive or even powder blue. Find one that you love with the rest of your wardrobe and it will be a great transitional piece each Fall and Spring.
