ONE LITTLE MOMMA ARCHIVES
In 2012 I was a SAHM with a small Etsy shop and two little boys under five. I was lost in early motherhood and a thoughtful friend recommended starting a blog. I had no clue where to even start, but with a little effort and a lot of late nights, One Little Momma began.
I posted my outfits and deepest thoughts daily for years and only stopped when our family business demanded more of my time and energy. I’m excited to reopen these archives and again share old memories and years of content made with lots of love with you.
Lace Trimmed Tee and Flares
You may have noticed an overall boho theme around here lately- and it's true. Loose fitting boho tops have been perfect for hiding the halfway bump that comes in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Not that I don't love a baby bump, but until it looks like a real bump I'm okay hiding it.
Sunday Style- Olive, Cream and Nude
It literally started dumping rain the second we stopped shooting so unfortunately the photos didn't turn out as clear as I hoped. BUT I love this outfit and wanted to share it anyway. Life's not perfect right?
Everyday Style- May
May has really been moving and thankfully we are still enjoying Spring. Lots of Spring showers and plenty of still cool days. It get so hot here in the Summer that its definitely preferable to have a real long Spring.
Essential Oils- How I Really Use Them
Last Summer I was really struggling with my migraines and was I looking for another treatment to help with them. In previous months I had heard all kind of things about essential oils and how they help with headaches and other ailments. And I was super skeptical about them.
Printed Jacket and Skinny Jeans
And this was the last time I wore a shirt tucked into my pants. Now if I tried that trick, you would see the rubber band struggling to hold my pants together. I'm past that point and I've moved on. Now onto more tunics, big tees and real maternity tops- and bigger sized jeans!
Sunday Style- Navy Baby
I'm not big on blue. I love blue jeans, but I don't buy a lot of blue for my own wardrobe. My boys however, have A LOT of blue because Easton's favorite color is blue and Kesler has blue eyes. They wear blue well. But as a mom of boys I can't escape some blue in my closet- and navy is a shade I'm liking more lately.
Good Job Mommas
Happy Mother's Day Mommas! Good job! Your job is the toughest job out there and I'm so proud of you for all the little and big things you do everyday to fulfill that role. There are so heart explosions, happy tears, overcome-with-gratitude, and rewarding parts about being a mom.
Elegantees- The Kilee
First of all, let me rave about this tee. It's more of a tunic which is honestly couldn't be more PERFECT for me at this stage of life. This tunic has a great amount of stretch, but it's only snug in just the right places. The arms are fitted, as well as the neckline, and the body hangs loose and slightly away from the body.
