ONE LITTLE MOMMA ARCHIVES
In 2012 I was a SAHM with a small Etsy shop and two little boys under five. I was lost in early motherhood and a thoughtful friend recommended starting a blog. I had no clue where to even start, but with a little effort and a lot of late nights, One Little Momma began.
I posted my outfits and deepest thoughts daily for years and only stopped when our family business demanded more of my time and energy. I’m excited to reopen these archives and again share old memories and years of content made with lots of love with you.
Sunday Style- Navy Baby
I'm not big on blue. I love blue jeans, but I don't buy a lot of blue for my own wardrobe. My boys however, have A LOT of blue because Easton's favorite color is blue and Kesler has blue eyes. They wear blue well. But as a mom of boys I can't escape some blue in my closet- and navy is a shade I'm liking more lately.
Good Job Mommas
Happy Mother's Day Mommas! Good job! Your job is the toughest job out there and I'm so proud of you for all the little and big things you do everyday to fulfill that role. There are so heart explosions, happy tears, overcome-with-gratitude, and rewarding parts about being a mom.
Elegantees- The Kilee
First of all, let me rave about this tee. It's more of a tunic which is honestly couldn't be more PERFECT for me at this stage of life. This tunic has a great amount of stretch, but it's only snug in just the right places. The arms are fitted, as well as the neckline, and the body hangs loose and slightly away from the body.
First Trimester Recap
Well I'm 12 weeks along now and almost in the clear with my first trimester. I'm starting to feel more alive and like myself so I thought I'd share a bump pic and update you on the last 12 weeks.
Printed Poncho and Lace Up Sandals
Last Monday I talked goals and I can report that I did pretty well on them. I'd say I accomplished all of them at least 50% off the time with wearing my retainer and taking naps having the highest success. I'm still working on drinking water, but I'm doing better.
Find Your Perfect Pair of Distressed Denim
As I mentioned yesterday, I love distressed denim and I'm not afraid to take scissors to my jeans. BUT- I realize it doesn't work for everyone. And that's frustrating! So if you haven't had good luck chopping your own jeans or don't want to risk it- today I have a round up of good lookin', pre-torn, shredded or ripped jeans for you.
Taking Risks with Your Jeans Can Be Risky
If you've been around for a while, you know I'm not afraid to alter my pants. I frequently cut them into crops, rip them, fray them and sometimes patch them. In all honestly most of the pants I've done that to in the past have been thrifted, inexpensive or in my closet long enough to justify a change.
Products for Styling a Long Pixie/Short Bob
Today I’m explainging what products I use when I style my hair straight with a short, asymetrical cut.
