ONE LITTLE MOMMA ARCHIVES
In 2012 I was a SAHM with a small Etsy shop and two little boys under five. I was lost in early motherhood and a thoughtful friend recommended starting a blog. I had no clue where to even start, but with a little effort and a lot of late nights, One Little Momma began.
I posted my outfits and deepest thoughts daily for years and only stopped when our family business demanded more of my time and energy. I’m excited to reopen these archives and again share old memories and years of content made with lots of love with you.
Shop Now, Wear Now and This Fall
I've noticed my shopping has picked up a little lately, and I have to blame it on the anticipation for fall style. I love wearing light layers, and fall colors are my jam - so once the stores start stocking cooler weather items, I start crushing on them.
What We Wore - Back to School
Easton and I grabbed matching spirit shirts at Back to School Night earlier this week - especially when I saw the adorable baseball tee style. I have a feeling we'll both be getting a lot of use out of them this year!
What I Wore and Kindergarten Tips
We had back to school night last night, and my first little man officially starts kindergarten tomorrow. I asked him how he could possibly be so old - after all, he was just a little baby yesterday, I swear!
What I Wore - Men's White V-Neck
I keep grabbing a white tee and jeans as my daily momiform this summer. It's easy, I know it looks good, and I have enough white tees to handle the daily smears and slime that come with three kiddos.
Everyday Style - August
Summer is not a season that inspires me much in the wardrobe department. I don't love dresses, and I don't wear short shorts or tanks. That cuts out a lot of cute summer style. I've said it before, but I promise, fall will bring out the creativity in my outfits.
What I Wore - Thrifted
If you have been around here long, you know I love to thrift. I love, love, love shopping at my local Savers. If I need a break or an escape, you can usually find me there.
What I Wore - Graphic Tee and Camel Jeans
While I was growing up here in Missouri, I never thought I would stick around. I wanted to get out - not in like a big city way, but I just wanted to move away to try different things and marry someone from somewhere else.
NICKEL & SUEDE - Summer 2014
Hands down, my favorite part of owning a business is designing new products. I LOVE to create the first one of anything and really make it into what I have in my mind. It is such a thrill!
Radiant Orchid, Leopard, and Saying No
My whole life, I have had the hardest time with saying no or disagreeing with anyone - to their face, that is. I have NO problem disagreeing with or wanting to say no to someone behind their back, but actually getting the words out to someone in real life is such a difficulty.
