Christmas is coming. Soon! I cannot believe how busy this week has been.

Brrr! It has cooled down a little bit here! Feels like it might be December- almost.

Some girlfriends and I went to see the last Twilight on opening night. It was really enjoyable and a great night out- especially because we got into a 10pm showing, not a midnight one!

Winter hasn’t started for us here in Kansas City. It's 60 degrees today and totally t-shirt weather- and I am not complaining! I wore this super comfy knit skirt and drapey cardigan on Sunday.

When I saw this tutorial on Pinterest I remembered making these cinnamon applesauce ornaments as a kid and added it to the kid craft to-do list.

We had a great Thanksgiving- although we weren’t sure it was going to happen on Thursday. My poor Mom has been sick for months with one thing after another and still had the flu on Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

This week we got our edited family photos back and I am so happy with how they turned out. The session went so smoothly that I had high hopes for the photos. I couldn't be happier with them.

I really enjoy making a lot of the items that I decorate with. What I love most is designing them and as long as they are simple to do, I love making them too.
