This month's #everydaystyle is a mish-mash of end of Winter and Spring outfits.

It's Monday, but thank goodness we are enjoying one more day of the weekend today. Easton has school off for the holiday and because we employ ourselves, we get to take part of the day off as well! We are working this morning, but this afternoon we are heading to an indoor water park with my parents.

It's Friday and for our family its a long weekend. Easton has today and Monday off and although I'm happy to have him home- I think we'll all be feeling cabin fever. It's cold and dreary and I really wish we could spend the weekend outdoors somewhere warm.

I'm coming in super late this week- but I'm determined to check in at least once before next week steam rolls me too! This has been one busy last few days. Thank goodness everyone has been healthy and things are getting done, except blogging that is, but it's just been one of those weeks. That I never have.

Over the last year I've noticed that I always choose my ankle boots over my tall boots. I love my tall boots, but for some reason never reach for them. This gives me all kinds of closet guilt because I just know my expensive boots are sitting in there feeling neglected. So this week I deliberately tried to style them and I think I found my solution! I love wearing them with my ripped denim!

What a great day we are looking forward to! I feel like I'm catching up on life a little and man that feels good! We are almost totally caught up on orders- which have been the biggest blessing and most time-consuming part of life lately. Almost all Christmas presents have been purchased.

I've been loving elbow patches for what seems like forever now and I don't think that will change any time soon. The black patches on this sweater add so much character to an otherwise basic mocha sweater.

Living in the Midwest- we get all four seasons. This year is supposed to be a terrible Winter and I do not do Winter. I really don't like the cold, the bitter cold or deathly freezing windchill cold. And as far as getting dressed in the Winter- I hate covering up with the same giant coat and snow boots.

When I first started my blog 2.5 years ago, Easton took all of my photos. Every day when I got dressed, I would have him snap photos of me in whatever shade we could find, and out of the 200 I would make him take, something would work.
