I would hate for anyone who sees me or reads my blog to think that there is something unique about me that makes one, or two or three kids a breeze. Or four! It's not and it wasn't. Every woman has it tough- whether she has none, one, two, three, or more!

This outfit encompasses so many of my favorite things- stripes, distressed denim, espadrille wedges, and fringe. You can't own too many of any of them.

Okay ladies, I'm serious about getting organized. I'm sure it's my upcoming big 3-0 birthday, but adulting is suddenly high on my priority list. I can't handle the chaos and the mess and the clutter much longer.

Good morning! It's Monday and we're in full recovery from the weekend mode. Time to get back to our schedule and especially back to my most recent lists of organization. I've decided that enough is enough and I have got to get organized.

So it took me a long time to get on the overall trend. I liked them on other people and kept intending to try them out, but then I got pregnant. And sometimes pregnancy isn't the best time to try out a new trend. So I waited.

Happy Friday! It's been a crazy week here for us with Spring Break and a lot of things in the works for Nickel & Suede. I decided to make the kids the focus this week and to try to do something fun each day.

Happy Monday! It's a chilly Spring break here in Kansas City. Easton is out of school all week and things are always busier and messier with all four kids at home all week. I'm hoping to do at least one fun thing each day to try and make the most of the week.

Wouldn't you know that as soon as the weather starts warming up that I come down with a cold? Things have been so busy this week with work that I've not gotten enough sleep and I got hit with a head cold.
