ONE LITTLE MOMMA ARCHIVES
In 2012 I was a SAHM with a small Etsy shop and two little boys under five. I was lost in early motherhood and a thoughtful friend recommended starting a blog. I had no clue where to even start, but with a little effort and a lot of late nights, One Little Momma began.
I posted my outfits and deepest thoughts daily for years and only stopped when our family business demanded more of my time and energy. I’m excited to reopen these archives and again share old memories and years of content made with lots of love with you.
Introducing the Nickel & Suede Fall 2014 Collection
It's finally here! The Nickel & Suede Fall 2014 Collection has arrived in the shop. I'm so proud of and excited about this collection of new accessories.
The Perfect Graphic Sweatshirt - Giveaway
Well, I'm in the home stretch, friends. The high school reunion that I have been planning for months is happening tonight and tomorrow, then on Monday we launch the Nickel & Suede Fall Collection.
What I Wore - Cobalt for Fall
So many of Pantone's trending colors this fall are out of the box for this season. There are a lot of pastels and brights - including cobalt blue. How I Wear My Short Hair to Work Out (or Not)
I remember the days when I thought I would always work out. Soren and I would wake up early and run to the gym together to work out back when we were first married. We always wondered "Who wouldn't make time for that?"
What I Wore - Cutting Things Up
Last week I took a poll on Instagram about these nude heels. Both shoes had a leather flower on them and I just wasn't sure about them. Well, the overwhelming majority voted to remove the flower.
What I Wore to Something New
There are so many parts of life that are just new - like, all the time at this stage of life. Everything that I need to do as a mom and for our business is just all uncharted waters for me. Most of the time 'new' things scare me off and aren't something I seek out. I like my bubbles.
Throw Back Sunday Style
I was home with sick kids last week and didn't get dressed for church - and if you know me, you know I didn't get dressed in a skirt the rest of the week either! Thankfully, we are all better this week and will be marching off to church in a couple of hours.
Labor Day Plans and a Few Sales
Happy Labor Day weekend! We kicked it off right last night with Frosties and fries and a trip to the park. With three boys it doesn't get better than that. On the way home Kesler proclaimed it had been the 'best day!' so I think we'll call it an affordable success!
How to Size Down a Thrifted Skirt - Easy Tutorial
don't only look in the one section that is your typical size. You will miss so many items that are misplaced in the store or can be easily altered to fit you. The one section that this applies to the most is the skirt rack. Most skirts are easy to size down in just one straight stitch!
