ONE LITTLE MOMMA ARCHIVES
In 2012 I was a SAHM with a small Etsy shop and two little boys under five. I was lost in early motherhood and a thoughtful friend recommended starting a blog. I had no clue where to even start, but with a little effort and a lot of late nights, One Little Momma began.
I posted my outfits and deepest thoughts daily for years and only stopped when our family business demanded more of my time and energy. I’m excited to reopen these archives and again share old memories and years of content made with lots of love with you.
Casual Basics
I've been dying to share pics from our trip and you, know blog in general, but when things get busy for Nickel & Suede or for my family, the internet has to be the thing that gives. Thankfully I have a lot of great help that I rely on constantly. So just a few updates...
Tried and True Gift Ideas for You
I don't know about you, but I can buy gifts for everyone else all day long, but as soon as someone asks me what I want for Christmas I struggle. I instantly think of "new mixing bowls" or "some new kitchen utensils" because that's what moms ask for for Christmas. ;)
Pre-Holiday Planning
Hey, hey, Monday after a long weekend. Let me tell you—I was not prepared for today. I got up early with good intentions, and then Abercrombie sucked me into their Cyber Monday sale, and next thing I knew it was time to get kids on the bus.
The Mom Hustle
I'm thinking it's his age, but lately Baker is about as cute and as frustrating as can be. And it's not his fault. He really is the cutest (and tiniest) little toddler there ever was, but he has almost single-handedly stopped all productivity here at One Little Momma.
Simple Accessories for Summer
It's warming up here in Missouri, and that means I'm reaching for low-fuss accessories and outfits. When it's hot I seriously struggle to get dressed in anything that isn't a graphic tee and my Birks.
The Akola Project
I had hoped to share about this company last week, but today I wanted to introduce you to a great company that is all about moms. The Akola Project is a nonprofit organization that works to empower women all over the world.
Refreshing My Skinny Jeans
As a Mom, I try to stay away from the yoga pants trap. I may work from home and certainly don’t get dressed EVERY day, but I love denim and jeans are what you'll find me wearing 99% of the time.
Give Me All the Organization...Or At Least A Little Bit
Good morning! It's Monday and we're in full recovery from the weekend mode. Time to get back to our schedule and especially back to my most recent lists of organization. I've decided that enough is enough and I have got to get organized.
Overall Amazing
So it took me a long time to get on the overall trend. I liked them on other people and kept intending to try them out, but then I got pregnant. And sometimes pregnancy isn't the best time to try out a new trend. So I waited.
