Red, White and Blue- Sunday Style

This week I will be sharing several ways to wear red, white and blue over the holiday and throughout the rest of the Summer. This outfit is perfect for your dressier Summer events. It works great for church, a dressier party, or dinner out. The flag print adds some personality and fun, while the basic white top and red pencil skirt keep it classy. 

When I saw this American flag scarf on Very Jane a few weeks ago I immediately knew I had to have it. I ordered it then and there and anxiously awaited its arrival. Independence Day has always been my favorite holiday and I've always loved the flag. My favorite swim suit as a kid was an American flag suit- which I wish I still had. This scarf did not disappoint and will definitely remain a staple in my wardrobe.
