WIWW- You Look Like A Fashion Blogger

Welcome to WIWW this week!  Each week I post what I wore throughout the previous week. It’s a fun way to motivate me to ‘style’ my outfits everyday, share outfit ideas, and give a few style tips.

Be sure to stop by WKWW- What Kids Wore Wednesday today too to see what my kids wore and what other cute kiddos wore!

Soren was out of town all week, but on Saturday we got to go pick him up from the airport. The boys were super excited. I wore this to the airport and one of the first things Soren said to me was, “Yep, you look like a fashion blogger.” I’m not sure what all that means, but I did feel like I was wearing a stand-up outfit that carried a little bit of style. I think it’s the leopard and mustard combo. (The mustard jeans are a Saver’s Labor Day find. Who gets rid of these???)

I’m pretty sure I got the same Soren comment on Sunday before church as well. I asked how my outfit looked and he said something like, “…looks like cutting edge fashion.”

Code for: that doesn’t quite look normal or match.

I went with my gut though and it ended up being my favorite outfit this week.

The kids and I had a matching day this week you can see more of here.

I pulled out a wine colored top that I have had for ages and paired it with my printed jeans. I love the black/gray/wine combo. So glad I held onto that top!

On Monday I went to a baby shower for my graphic designer and friend Amber.

She designed my blog and OLB’s material. Since it has cooled down a little I pulled out my military jacket and paired it with my floral jeans. Belted jackets are all the rage this fall (more to come on that), but my jacket didn’t come with a belt. So I borrowed a belt from Soren. The belt doesn’t match perfectly, but it goes. Try it out!
