The holidays are upon us and I've been having fun putting together some holiday looks to share with you! Since we work for ourselves, we don't have a company party to go to. But, I'm hoping I can sneak in a few holiday dates with the other owner of Nickel & Suede - and those will give me a few excuses glam things up this month. ;)
One of the trends I've been dying to wear since I spotted it in early Summer is the high necked Victorian-esque blouse. I never found the right one while I was pregnant and even if I had, I'm not sure I would have tried to rock it while pregnant. Some things translate well to pregnancy but for me, turtlenecks weren't one of them.
This blouse from H&M is exactly what I've been searching for and you can't beat the price. I love the Victorian feel of it, but with the right outfit its totally modern too. For this holiday look I paired it with black denim, these fabulously comfy OTK boots and our Glossy Black Accent leather earrings. This black and cream outfit is totally holiday party appropriate, but you could throw in a red clutch or lip to really glam it up!
