It is hard for me to let go of my layers, even in the Summer- so a part of me is glad that church is set to an arctic temperature during the hot months. I get to wear a layer or two to church and shed them at home when I change into my pajamas. If I don't add a cardigan or scarf then I am pretty tempted to steal Knox's blanket which just isn't fair to the poor little guy.

As you know I love to wear and pair my neutrals. This camel boyfriend cardi easily combines with a black and white striped knit skirt and black espadrille wedges. The pops of teal in my jewelry add just the right extra interest to the outfit. I love to wear basics, but bump them up a notch with unique accessories or an extra color pop.  If you don't have a skirt like this in your closet I really recommend one. It is comfortable, is easy to dress up or down and adds a pattern to your outfit.
