Kids’ Bathroom Makeover- Reveal!
Since the New Year began I have been on a home improvement kick- well, mostly just a decor kick! Knowing that we are having our third boy hasn't inspired me much in the nursery department, so until I decide what theme and color scheme we are going with in there I am redecorating every other room in the house.
An easy place to start was the kid/guest bathroom. Here are a few before shots.

It took three different paint samples to find the right green for the walls. I wanted something that was fun, but not too bright and also went well with the teal shower curtain. Who knew green paint was so hard to choose? I ended up going with Marsh Green from Valspar. I enlisted the help of a friend and we painted it in about two hours.

I love how it brightened and cheered up the space! I hung my turtles and added a few more décor items and that was it!

I debated painting these thrift store frames white, but I’m so glad I left them brown. It really makes the print pop!

These are some fun photos I snapped of the boys last year. They go perfectly in the bathroom. Soren has just bathed the kids and sent them out wrapped in hand towels like little men. So adorable!

Other wish-list plans for this room include a trimmed out mirror frame and new lighting fixtures, but I’m not in any hurry. I love this fun and fresh update to the bathroom!
